It's 5 points because if you get put with a pro, the lack of promoting that piece puts you at a disadvantage, and if you get put with a noob, there's a chance they capture the pawn, thinking it was undefended.
Legend Of Legends is 10 points bc it's the hardest: you have to checkmate all 3 players and capture an extra 40 points of material (most of the difficulty is from the first part as noobs often get checkmated early)
