The Withdrawer and the Coordinator are very exotic pieces from a variant called Ultima.

The withdrawer captures by moving away from the target.
The coordinator captures on any corner of the rectangle it forms with its King upon its move.
The Withdrawer captures the Queen by moving to any square from d6 to d1.
White is in check, but the Coordinator takes the Queen by moving to e8 or f8 or g8.
On g8 it would also capture the black Knight.
The piece graphics shown here are mine, I tried to create something that I can remember.
