Operation Grand Alliance (OGA) is a strategic initiative created by the Gukesh Fanbase to unite chess clubs that share a common admiration for Grandmaster D. Gukesh and a commitment to respectful, community-driven chess culture. The alliance is built on mutual trust, transparency, and shared responsibilities. Clubs that wish to join OGA must understand and agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern eligibility, access, conduct, collaboration, revocation, and re-collaboration.

To be eligible for collaboration under OGA, a club must have at least 10 active members. The club should demonstrate consistent engagement through matches, discussions, or events and maintain a respectful environment free from toxicity, harassment, or disruptive behavior. Clubs must be willing to collaborate in good faith and communicate openly with alliance partners. Upon mutual agreement to collaborate, both club owners must exchange administrative access. Specifically, each club owner must grant super admin privileges to the owner of the collaborating club. Super admin access allows full operational coordination, including managing events, posting announcements, moderating members, and viewing club analytics. However, super admin access does not grant ownership rights. The original owner of each club retains full control and cannot be removed or replaced. Ownership transfer is not permitted under OGA unless explicitly agreed upon outside this framework.

If super admin access is not feasible for any reason, the collaborating club must at minimum grant admin access to the owner of the partner club. Admin access allows basic coordination and visibility but limits certain controls. This minimum access clause ensures fair collaboration and protects both parties. Clubs that fail to provide at least admin access may be disqualified from the alliance. All members of participating clubs are expected to treat others with respect, regardless of skill level, background, or affiliation. Members must avoid spamming, trolling, harassment, or any form of misconduct. They are expected to represent their club and the alliance with dignity and sportsmanship. Any violations of conduct may result in temporary suspension from alliance activities, removal from the club, or full revocation of the collaboration. Club owners are responsible for monitoring and enforcing these standards within their communities.

Collaborated clubs may be promoted on Gukesh Fanbase platforms, including social media, club announcements, and special events. Joint tournaments, campaigns, and other collaborative activities may be organized to strengthen the alliance and provide value to members. Participation in these events is encouraged but not mandatory. Either club may revoke the alliance at any time. Revocation must be communicated clearly and respectfully to the other party. Once the decision is made, super admin or admin access must be removed immediately, and all shared activities, promotions, and responsibilities will be discontinued. Revocation does not require justification, but transparency is appreciated to maintain goodwill and avoid misunderstandings.

Re-collaboration with a previously revoked club is permitted under OGA, but only if both parties agree and the issues that led to the revocation have been resolved. Re-collaboration should be approached with caution and clarity. Both clubs must re-establish terms, confirm access roles, and ensure mutual respect is restored. Rejoining the alliance is not automatic and must be treated as a fresh collaboration with all standard requirements in place.

All terms of the alliance must be clearly communicated and mutually agreed upon by both club owners. Any changes to the collaboration, such as adjustments in access, event planning, or member coordination, must be discussed and approved by both parties. The Gukesh Fanbase reserves the right to update the OGA framework as needed, and participating clubs will be informed of any major changes. By joining Operation Grand Alliance, clubs commit to a spirit of unity, mutual respect, and shared growth. The alliance is not just a partnership—it is a pledge to uphold the values that make the chess community strong, inclusive, and inspiring.

The collaborating club must not copy the features of Gukesh fanbase. The collaborating club must not collaborate with any other club.
