chess.com app turns my phone off while playing

Usually somewhere in a middle of a 3 min game, the app turns my phone off then back on, so it restarts it.
I meant to add that this doesn't happen when playing on my desktop PC...and I believe I've been reported as a "bad" sport for appearing as though I let time run out, instead of resigning. Peace.

You might want to use the app menu option of Report a problem.
