Do men player longer when losing to females?

  • #141

    - I do not care about my rating - I have been 1300 for about 3 years now - all of you missed my point my opinion - that being that world wide chess has greatly improved - and that chess people in the past would have a harder time playing chess people today -

    ========================================================

I just realized you guys will never understand the point I was trying to make and I realized you guys are right and I am wrong - so I let you guys have the final word

Um, no Sanders is the worst. What about Cruz and Paul?

  • #143

Ted Cruz and Rand Paul were my choices. But for the actual election I went third party.

Stephenson, why do you give a shit who I voted for ?

  • #145

That's a good point, this is supposed to be about chess.

  • #146

A conservative who did not vote for Hitlery nor for Trumpy Dumpy.  But I voted anyways.  Period.

    What a waste of time.

brett i do understand the point you are making but that is a lot of theory and not a lot of palpable stuff.

you know why? because these things.. mean nothing when you are not playing tournaments and see for yourself what it means to get to 1800 at least. then what it means to break 2000, or to get a title.

it is very easy to say: "oh the computers and so on" "they make people play so much better", right.. but wrong!!

computers do not help begginers that much. until one reaches 2000 i think much better is a good teacher, analise games on the board without help, maybe not finding the BEST MOVE but understanding much more deeply what is going on. computer points the best, student says "oh no, i missed it" and many times does not understand so much.

as for opening theory, it also does not mean a lot until you are a master

@Stephenson2, No! He's like me. No conservative in their right mind would ever vote for Sanders! I voted third party because the GOP choice was embarrassing. With Trump in office I'm ashamed to be a conservative. He probably voted third party, or you are still aloud to vote for a non-candidate (You could put in you're name if you wanted to) so quit acting like the president, and just forget about it!

stephenson, just keep drinking that yellow trumpy dumpy kkkool-aid, sucker.

I too voted third party, just like I always do. But this time it was different, this time the third party candidate happened to be running as republican which (other than Paul) never happens. So my choices were Sanders, Trump, or Castle. For me, it was an easy choice.

Who he voted for is no business of yours. Stop being rude.

  • #154

Forget the voting. Let's get back to the original question.

  • #155

Why do you even vote for someone other than 2 candidates?

  • #156

Because those two candidates are both idiots, and neither of them represented what I believed.

  • #157

Yeah, but it also shows that you reject the fact that democracy is a meme thumbup.png
