no, its not physically possible to win against a maximum stockfish 3200 elo [i think] unless you are in a winning position or you play it in a bullet game [ i may be wrong]
I would assume it is, most bots will eventually make mistakes, but even if it doesn't flat out blunder it will probably make a move that is even just good at some point. Depending at the point in the game that may be enough to win, or even just draw.

I’m not sure if this really counts, but I managed to beat the master chess bot by using the hints the entire time. It was still really satisfying to see the win screen against such a strong engine. What made it especially fun was watching what the game wanted me to play instead of what I’d normally try. Following the suggested moves turned it into more of a guided puzzle than a regular match. It felt less like I outplayed the bot and more like I learned from it while beating it.
Playing bots is tremendeously stupid.
Anyone who plays them is stupid.

You could before by premoving scholars mate and eventually it would fall for it. Now they fixed this bug tho
