How do i report a player of cheating ?

You're actually much worse. Having played 233 games, you've hardly lost any Blitz or Bullet(Rating 1171) games either - the ones you have lost, you've mostly been equal or winning when "the time has run out".

He has Played 55 games till now, he has not lost a single game. His rating is 1822 !!! But his tactics rating are not great. I am sure he must be cheating. He won 5 tournament trophies with First place.
