How many people have left the site since the change in format?

We should do a poll!

Did you leave the site after the format change?

A.  Yes.

B.  No.

It'd be interesting to see if someone says yes.  I mean, they shouldn't be on the site anymore to see the poll, right?

you've been here for 2 months.  when did you become part of "we"?

Now people are joining so that they can complain about the new format.

Does it bother you that other people may have problems with the site?

So rather than having our problems fixed, you'd see us shut up?

I pay for this site. Therefore I expect a certain level of service, and that this level should not decrease during the time my subscription runs. And it has.

So I'll be beating around the bush till it's solved or my subscription runs out. I'd rather not go through the trouble of setting up shop elsewhere - there are some things to like here on chess.com - but right now, I don't get what i paid for.

That more than entitles me to complain. You're free not to read it if it bothers you.

kco

with that tone of yours no wonder anybody gonna listen to you.

so that you don't have to answer?

The next time you buy an iphone that doesn't work properly because you are holding it in the wrong way, the next time your car gives you trouble and your mechanic tells you he can't fix it, the next time you walk down the the street and slip on ice because the local authority hasn't treated the pavement, just remember that millions more have no problems with theirs. It must be your fault
