Mirroring Moves Across Two Games

So I’m playing two daily games against the same opponent but with opposite colors and it looks like they’re deliberately mirroring my moves. Like I’ll move as white, then they’ll play the same move as white in the other game, then with black, and so on. Now, we’re only three plies into a Scandinavian, so it’s unremarkable that the games would still be identical. What made me suspicious though, is that not long after I made my moves in both games, they only moved in the game where I’m white and haven’t done anything for like 18 hours. It shouldn’t take you most of a day to decide how to respond to exd5!

I told them in chat in both games that I’m not making a move in the game where it’s my turn until they make a move in the other, but there’s only about 7 hours on the clock. What I don’t want is for time to run out in the first game and I lose Elo for abandonment, but then they just resume playing in the other game. I mean, I like my chances of winning my Elo back, but I’d prefer not to risk it. I reported them for unsportsmanlike conduct but I haven’t heard anything.

Wait never mind, they’ll run out of time before I do, so I can do the switcheroo on them. Still! I don’t want to play with someone who’s pulling these shenanigans!

Just resign and block them.

They’re rated way lower than me. I don’t want to lose Elo to them.

"it looks like they’re deliberately mirroring my moves"
++ ICCF explicitly forbids mirror games.

"we’re only three plies into a Scandinavian" ++ That is not much.

"It shouldn’t take you most of a day to decide how to respond to exd5!"
++ 2...Qxd5 or 2...Nf6 is no easy decision.

"I reported them for unsportsmanlike conduct but I haven’t heard anything."
++ Just play on. If it continues like 13 or 23 moves then it will be clear.
