Can we please have some moderators for this forum? One would be enough. It would improve the quality of the forum so much.
There are moderators. What gets moderated doesn't always mesh with what some members want. Some want more, some want less

Well they could have easily fooled me. There are obvious things to do as a moderator and nobody's doing it.

There are moderation guidelines and it's very possible that what you think needs moderated doesn't fit the guidelines. It's also possible no moderators have seen it.
If you see something that breaks the TOS and isn't handled, you can open a ticket.

I do think moderators, even if not staff, should be paid. One of the reasons I pay for a premium membership, despite the availability of so many free YouTube videos, is that the instructors making videos, and other staff, should be rewarded for the value they add. I guess if you don't get Premium, the ads make revenue to compensate staff. I don't understand how a free membership is enough compensation.
This place needs better advertisers if there's people working for free. Soft drinks and energy drinks make great partnerships.

I don't know about ads. I'd be fine with them myself (to a certain extent), but I'm guessing a lot of people wouldn't.
