Problems with new update

Maybe someone complaint about this before but i have noticed two things since the update. 1- My touch screen is not working. I'm use the use my touch screen to make the moves. It does work to click on the commands, such as play or selecting the time, but i cannot drag the pieces. 2- the sound is sporadic, sometimes there is no feedback when moving a piece.

Anyone else experiencing this problems?

If you are using an app, join the appropriate club and make a report.

I do not think he means app. He means normal webbased chess.com gameplay. The peaces are not drag-able anymore, which is a big drawback - one cannot enjoy the touch screen chess gameplay anymore. There is no reason, that I can think of, to enforce this limitation, so please bring back the feature that actually makes online play feel more like regular play over chessboards and makes bullet games so much more attractive.

Settings - Board and Pieces - Move Method - Drag Pieces/Click Squares.

Settings are in drag pieces. I have been playing for more than 6 years and just after the last update i cannot drag pieces anymore.

Naturally, no one has bothered to send in a report to support@chess.com

I thought if we complain here someone will notice... if that is not the case could you please send the report to the support group... but it is mega strange they have not noticed that on their own...

When I click on a player to follow, I have to click again to get to the follow menu. This used to be a one-click process. What happened? I prefer the old one-click follow.

It is much more likely they will notice if you send an email to support@chess.com.
