Yes, but earlier I saw some of my friends farming for them by just playing bullet matches. I have seen that quick matches are an easy way to get passports without things like switching your country or friending/challenging people from other countries.
I collected all passports one year ago. I had even whole method for it:)
did you just challenge random people from the places you were missing, or is there another strategy?
