That looks like a Chess960 position gone wild :-)
Something a little light hearted

My two year old daughter was setting up my chess board without me realizing ( I'm in the background making coffee )...
This is adorable. Happy parenting moment I'm sure. At that age, a lot of getting them into chess is just having them feel positively about the game. I love chess now, but I started much later in life. I didn't create my chess.com account until after I had already graduated high school.
The thing I was into from very young was golf. Similar to what you've just witnesses with your daughter and chess, I loved golf because my father played golf as a hobby and I wanted to be like them. My parents never pushed me into playing golf, but they certainly encouraged me and there are even photos and homevideos of me playing with plastic golf clubs as young as age 2 or so. By the time I was 11 years old, I was already competing in golf tournaments with golfers around 16-18 years old. Starting young can certainly help, but at this young age, it is mostly about keeping them happy with the game/sport and letting them play when they want to in their own way.
My two year old daughter was setting up my chess board without me realizing ( I'm in the background making coffee ). I walk over, look at it and she proudly exclaims "baby did it! Chess!" I simply had to smile and look at the board and exclaim loudly " Wow, baby girl! Look at you! You even taught the pieces how to move in different ways. Interesting position too! But white has two queens so I resign. You win!" -- " Yeaaa! Baby win chess!!! " 🥰
I know I know, it's sappy but it was a very special moment for me.
And if you're curious, here's the position my little girl created. 🤣 Gotta get'em early, right?
