" the majority of the "players" on this website are indeed cowards "

Holy smokes! This is a serious accusation! Isn't the penalty for cowardice still death by firing squad? Because if it is, the OP's opponents are in big trouble and they'd better get some crackerjack lawyers........

And what's this "run away" stuff? How does this guy know his opponents are actually 'running away'? Maybe they're just sitting there, in front of their computer or phone, and thinking "I don't want to play this fathead again....... "

Laskersnephew

The OP's opponents "run away" in the same way that we run away from a backed-up toilet of an overturned garbage truck. One whiff of the OP's personality and sensible people depart as quickly as they can

RedGirlZ

how do u whiff personality from one Online chess game? lol

A lot of players remind me of the seashore. They smell fishy.

Bad languaje doesn't exist, just bad people.

Peace.

I think, you should be banned from this site because of your offensive language and behaviour. After losing a bullet (!) game to you, and obviously declining a rematch (I just left the metro at this moment, so what's wrong with declining a rematch anyway?? I don't owe you one!), you sent me this message:

Thank you for the easy points! Don't run away next time!

If you've won any titles, imagine how bad your opponents were!

May the readers decide what kind of poor soul you are. I blocked you anyway.

I kinda forgot about this forum tbh

@gf3: well, trash talk would be fine, but this guy is simply crazy. If he played a good game, ok! But in the end he won a losing game on time and feels the need to send me such kind of private message?! That's just sick...

beafraid3

their be a lot of sick (crazy) people

A lot of people play bullet to replace their lacking chess knowledge/skill with bullet premove skills, tricks and traps to feel like they are on par with titled players.  It's an ego thing.  I think of them like people that enter hot dog eating contests...ok, it's a skill, but...why?  There's no point, and teaching your brain to play in a premove environment at lightning speed kills your ability to concentrate and calculate properly at meaningful time controls.  They start to figure out some deep positional middlegame position, and then the perceived time pressure in their head builds and builds until they just pull the trigger with an educated guess instead of being disciplined enough to finish the calculation.  It causes people to play tactics over positional play, and it also teaches people to specialize in obscure openings, because then they can win games by being a big fish in small pond.  These things hurt your overall game.

Playing chess at fast time controls is something one should do purely for fun *after* one has fully developed their real playing skills, and it should never be the primary time control someone plays in.  Not if they actually want to play the game of chess.
