What device do you use to play online chess with at chess.com?

Hey guys, I'm using an Android pad and sometimes an iPad to play online at chess.com.  I find that the response is so slow, like it takes 2 seconds per move even though I move fast and reply instantly.  So I often find myself having a winning position but losing on time.  My Internet connection is Spectrum cable modem at 400 Mbps.  Is my connection too slow, is something wrong with my Android or iPad settings, is the chess.com website slow, is the chess.com app slow, or what?

I watch other people play bullet and I couldn't believe how they could move so fast.  What's the secret, guys?  What device, settings, connection speed, etc. do you use or recommend?

With Desktop/Laptop u can make multiple premoves (which is the speed u see mostly when others are playing).
Is chess.com website slow? -> it is for me at many times, not sure if others are experiencing the same (expect delay regionwise).

I think a big part of it is the app itself if you have a touch screen phone you should have no problem don't go to the website use the a pp itself and you'll have no problems I've noticed the same thing there's a bunch of lag on the website when I use my phone it's cuz of the I guess you call it refresh rate or like how quickly it's transmitted to your phone right when you have the app it's already built in so it's much much faster just like a bigger screens too like top screens would be so much faster than a mouse click you know
