What does Tactics Trainer put in Analysis & Source PGN file?

I don't understand comments or special notation like {12:-Mat08} or {12:+0.01} at the begining of variations. Looks like position evaluation but is it after variation completed or at the begining?

And what does it means $19 or $10 at the end of variation?

Probably I don't understand PGN notation well but in PGN Specification http://www.very-best.de/pgn-spec.htm I just found that these are Numeric Annotation Glyph but without specification of numbers.

Where I can find description how to make and understand PGN notation?

Is it possible to download all the puzzles you already did as a pgn file? Maybe for diamond members ?

I just download puzzles and Tactic Trainer solutions I'm interested in solution variations (basically, when I make mistake I want to analyze it... ).

I use ChessPad free software (www.wmlsoftware.com) and it is easy to make may own PGN database with marks and notations. I just copy PGN of puzzle I am interested and paste in my PGN file (edited in standard Notepad).

I want to understand what kind of comments, marks and variations I can make in my personal PGN database...

How it is calculated 0.25 pawns of advance? As far as I know quarter-pawns still are not implemented in chess game...

no one has answered the final part of the initial question of what is $19 $10 etc I cannot find anything on this is any pgn guides can someone please enlighten me ?
