The answer is 1. f7 Qg6+ 2. Kh8 Qxf7 3. Rg8+ Kf4 4. Rg4+ Ke5 5. Rg5+ Ke6 6. Rg6+.

Not sure which move you are talking about but any time that black takes the rook, it ends in stalemate. If Queen takes the rook on the first move, pawn queens on f8, black takes and stalemate. Even if black doesn't take, K+Q vs. K+Q is a draw.
