Nice but incomplete, unless I am mistaken:
1. Qg3+ Kf8 (...Kxf6 2.Qg5 mate)
2. Bh6+ Rxh6
3. Qg8 mate

This is a nice puzzle, but my first thought was Qg3+, which is also valid. If Kxf6, then Qg5#, so Black's best move is still Kf8. White's 2nd move is: Bh6+ and Black must respond with Rxh6. White's 3rd move is: Qg8#, so it is still Mate in 3 whether White moves Qg5+ or Qg3+.
