I have solved this puzzle.
If the pawn is promoted to be the queen, it would be a stalemate. Therefore we should promote the pawn to be the knight to get the black king checkmated in 2 moves.

easy, just to consider that a queen would make a draw, then you got it...
Qb5 and then move the pawn one up and take a Queen or a rook is mate in two as well
