why not 2 Nf6?

is Qd8+ Rg8, Nf6 Rxd8, Rh8# ??? Or have I missed something?
For me, the fourth move was the most difficult to see. Managed to solve it, but time was really bad.
Pretty straightforward but nice puzzle anyway.
Why not in 3 moves?
1. Qd8+ Rg8
2. Nf6 Rxd8
You have to find a way to checkmate with check every move. If not Black has either ...Qf4+ or ...Bf4+ (and maybe even mate or perpetual check)!
Your right,but I do not see any perpetual check,depend's what white move's on move 1,Qd8+ never give's black a chance to get out of mate,nice job!!!
