This isn't really a puzzle, more like opening knowledge and preparation. It's the Tarrash trap in the Steinitz variation of the Ruy Lopez where black's last move was 7... 0-0?
the worst puzzle ever !!! disapointed !! :/
To me, Black lost when he played Rd5 at the end. Other than that, White might have an advantage, but this is by no means a forced series of moves.
it is a game of tarrash and an extra ordinary trap introduced by him ...
3... Rfxd8 doesn't really work either because of.
i don't think all the moves were forced
great one. at last one that doesnt involve checkmate, thankyou
it's not a puzzle...
why not 1.d5.....for white to start with ?
what is it actually but quite good
I got it right, but its a verry long puzzle.
ya long calculatin
Yes, it's an opening trap (by Tarrasch). Ruy Lopez (Spanish) is really rich of traps. (Honest, I had to play the solution because I was too lazzy for "a long calculation" this morning. Or am I simply tired at the end of the year?)
Wow, didn't think I'd get to the end !......
O like it!! Very nice!
You people should realize that getting onto the first page isn't such an achievement.
OT: This one was quite challenge ... well, it is morning after all.
