I am looking for mate in a few moves; this is just gaining the Q
there is no mate... winning the Q. was the puzzle
urmmm, that is sooo stupid, saccing a rook for a pawn!?!?
f5 pawn is pinned by Q,you still get Q,but for R, 1.Rg4+...Kf6, 2.RxQg7...KxRg7, 3.Qxf5...Rhhe, 4.Qd3...? That's as far as I could see,It does not look like white has an easy win!!!
Rook is not taked as the white Queen has a pawn pin,More important when black moves the k. , white wins w/ RXQ.....
Did you read what I said? I said RxQg7 on second move after 1.Rh4+...Kf6, 2.RxQg7...KxRg7,move 3 and 4 were just a line I started to see how puzzle could continue!!
RxQ is the answer..there is no mate. It's not a chess game.
skeptic regarding its terminology.
Am I the only one who is tired of all the posts saying how easy the daily puzzle is. Yes these things aren't that difficult but you don't have to post the same one or two word reply about it every single day.
Yea well I alays see what forced moves are, but rarely see those pins.
I need to train seeing pins.
Clever title to the puzzle.
I like how not every puzzle has to be about mate. Good lesson on a double pin for material advantage. Let's see some more subtle material advantage puzzles please.
I know there's no mate, was just curious to see how puzzle could turn out,and that's the move's I made for black,my bad I've I confused you,But you never know there could be mate down the road, way down the road!!!
really very nice...
