I visually calculated1.Rh1h5+ gxh5 2.Qg8+ Kf5 3.Rxh5#.
I used to say, "If number of moves to mate is given, it becomes easy to solve the puzzle". So, EASY.
I also selected the incorrect rook for the first move. I think the result was going to be the same.
