WOW!!!! What a puzzle!! You really have to put your thinking caps on for this one folks!
These puzzles are great fun and appreciated. I wonder though if the 'Mate in _ ' could be substituted for a title that does not give the game away (eg the two players puzzles). Already knowing the amount of moves you tend to look at the board for a logical solution to match the clue, this would not happen in a chess game. Does anyone agree?.
easy but nice
As easy as a prom date.
That must have been easy for me to get it right....
Alternatively, do what I do & scroll down the page before you see the title. It adds a little more challenge to an easy puzzle.
Really?? What is the point of these kinds of puzzles? To teach somebody who has never played how a bishop moves? 95% are like this. How about a few that are for players above a 1000 rating?
looked at it, then two secods after i got it.
>_<... today isn't Sunday!!
not bad but very easy
What an east puzzle.Good for beginers though!!!
Not really difficult, but it did remind me that the Queen doesn't always have to be first! The Bishop here paved the way.
