@ briansladovich, Qe6 will work under the following; 1.Qe6+ Kd8 2. dxe7+ if....Kxd7 3.Qb7+ Kd6 4.Qd7#. the other option would be 2....Qe7 3.pQc8+ Kf6 Qxe6#. apart from the other line 1. Qxe6+ etc. so there are like 4 lines to mate the queen under 4 moves
1 Qe6+ Kd8 2 Qd7# Why making it more complicated than necessary?
