white is unable to take the queen immediately on c7 because rook takes on g2+ then comes back to g7 and recaptures the queen or force a draw, after hxg6 the rook is hemmed in and is unable to do much and then white is simply up a queen.

Yep. He's a resident of Huntsville, AL.  I drew him with white pieces ( Bill always gets away here lately). We played in a G/75 that was hosted at UAH yesterday.
