2 Rh1+ but then 2...Bh6 3 Rxh6+ Qh7 4 Rxh7# is possible it's still mate but in 4 or 5 ...2...Kg8 and now only 3 Nh6+ Kh8 4 Nf7+ Kg5 5 Rh8# leads to the mate!
1. Rh8+ Kxh8 2. Rh1+ is illegal with white's king still on e1.
