Count me amongst those who were looking for the 'hidden mate' !Otherwise good tactic to win material-don't think I'd see it myself.
Couldn't get it
That was tough, but I agree with Gil from the first page, that not looking for a mate was the key. I only consider a non-mate solution on Friday and Saturday (LOL!) I got the move 1 sac mostly by instinct, because I knew that bad boy knight had to be out of the way. Very enjoyable!

One thing that always awes me on the daily puzzle are the comments. In this particular one, how is it possible that some 1900+ guy says it is not an easy puzzle and many 1300- say it is «soooooooooooooooo easy»? Oh well...
