I tried to take the rook on h8 and when it said that was wrong I said "But ... it's free!:("
basics.....how about some thinkers
Never say first again. Why would you say first. Stop it.
Oh, and I also don't care if you found it easy. So did 50% of the commentors. Let's try saying something worthwile once in a while.
I agree! so what if you are first, no one cares.
This was a nice one. Beautiful Queen sac!!!
It's almost always a Queen sac.
life and everything in it needs no explaination. hmmz
Correct me if im wroung but if rxd5;bxd5,Qc7#That could work also if black doesn't prevent it.
opps said them :)
interesting to sacrifice the queen, thanks for the tip
Alternative: 1 Rxd5 Bxd5; 2 Qc7#.
If the bishop doesn't capture, then 2 Rd8# anyway.
Once the knight is gone, there is no way to guard both c7 and d8.
Who are you?
Oh, and FIRST!
wow that was easy to say first! :)
Rxd5 Bxd5 2. Qc7# ... if bishop doesnt take, i see no other way black could not loose.. we could see Qxe6 just to prolong the inevitable... blacks dark square cant moove because then Qxh8+ and nothing can stop it then either... hate puzzles with multiple solutions
