Once Black takes the white queen, white can not move the pawn that was his only move - hence stailmate and a draw.

didnt get the ending until i reread the name of the puzzle, clever.
it's a stale mate nazib, white has no moves left, if he doesnt take the queen then black will be down a queen and lose.

Ingenious: took me a moment to realize that white's g-pawn was pinned after Qxe6. Would have never have seen this possibility in a game.
