    If 1. Qa8+ Bb8 2. Qb7+ then 2...Qxb7.   White must play 1. Qb7+, when black's queen cannot capture white's queen.

I'm drunk and could solved it. yew

Some people seem to think white should play 1.Qa8+.  With 1.Qb7+ available, 1.Qa8+? seems such an obvious blunder that I cannot imagine giving it more than a moment's consideration.

  • #32

  • #33

Cool  No one as yet, seems to think Qa8 should be played. Quite on the contrary in fact. Worthy of a moment's consideration.
