    Why wouldn't both players just keep going until a draw is agreed upon?  Black's last move is horrible, and any player in that situation would easily just keep the game going for a draw.

    Lame puzzle, and much too long!

    Well, it was either you draw the game or you get a win... thats basically the idea. black can't win in that situation, yet white can force the draw.

    Black's last move was forced, as was his every move.
