Why would you move the bishop to f3 when the pawn can take it and then you're forced to move your king to e2. It wouldn't be stalemate for black.

White has no legal move so it’s a draw by stalemate. White King cannot move to e2 after 3...gxf3 because the Black f-pawn on f3 takes control of e2.

Not at the 6th move. It should be at the 3rd move. If 3...Kh2, then 4. Bxg2 - draw by stalemate   ½-½
