Just to eleborate on what Dsmith42 posted

"4. Bc2+ Kh5 5. Re5+ Qg5 6. Qh3#" there is another move for black - but it just puts off the end a few moves

4. Bc2+ Kh5 5. Re5+ g5 6. Qf7+ Kg4 7. Bd1+ Kf4 8. Qxf6# 1-0

dtjv

What happens after Kg6? e4 is protected enough for black to interpose, due to back rank mate...

Edit: ah, oops, Nf6 is pinned in that line...

In your last line, Bd1+ doesn't work because of the Black rook on d8. 4. Bc2+ Kh5 5. Re5+ g5 6. Qf7+ Kg4 7. Bd1+ Rxd1+. But White can mate or force the loss of Black's queen:

4. Bc2+ Kh5 5. Re5+ g5 6. Qf7+ Kg4 7. h3+ Kf4 8. Rf5++  or 8. Qxf6++
