It looks that white is going to lose! When he plays e8Q is it game over with Qc7#. How can white make a draw?

pawn promotes to a knight. That will cause a fork. You will move the king, and the knight will take the queen, this is a draw situation as you cant mate with just a knight. Hope this is clear, OP. I can dumb it down for you more, since you are asking pretty dumb questions.
