It would take time for people to increase their ratings especially students who are even studying and improving without any special coaching or membership. Just be focused, keep practicing and reduce making mistakes or blunders.

I’ve noticed with players I teach that progress speeds up once they stop chasing openings and start focusing on the core principles.
