Best opening to master for both white and black

I wanna to simply stick to only 2 openings and master it to its core to help speed up the process to the middle game. 

My goto opening are

White: Italian 

Black: French

for white: the English, super solid and very easy to play, you get the center very easily and in certain variations you start a kingside pawnstorm For black against e4: the french For black against d4: nimzo indian/queens indian

I like white italian..black caro

King's Indian set-up. KIA for white, KID for black. After you're very comfortable with that, move to a different opening to expand your knowledge.

Can't recommend to anyone but my favorite -

White - King's Gambit

Black - Indian game

For white the London is solid, for black you can play the Kings *Indian Defense against any opening but only if you begin with d6.

I've learned the ponziani opening with a GothamChess video and it took me from 500 to 600
