Looked at your game, I think you trade to much even when it is unnecessary, to just need to be aware tactically and don't blunder pieces in one move, if you do these you will already be 1k, I would suggest solving puzzles on lichess to develop pattern recognition skills.

700 that is all about improving your board vision which includes not blundering any pieces and you should start practicing basic tactics not overfocus on them just focus on reducing your blunders and take advantage of your opponents
