I am stuck in the 700's. What are your strategies to win games?

Looked at your game, I think you trade to much even when it is unnecessary, to just need to be aware tactically and don't blunder pieces in one move, if you do these you will already be 1k, I would suggest solving puzzles on lichess to develop pattern recognition skills.

Just don't blunder, and try not to play random moves, play with strategies will may also help you to 1400-1600

Learn and master the principles. I know you probably get this advice all the time. That's because it's actually true. All chess players in the early beginning rating range desperately need to know chess isn't learned by doing pushups, it's by learning the theory made by the people before you.

700 that is all about improving your board vision which includes not blundering any pieces and you should start practicing basic tactics not overfocus on them just focus on reducing your blunders and take advantage of your opponents

I am also attaching link of a video that will help you learn how to break 1000 elo barrier and defeat your opponents

Study → Practice → Fix → Repeat

This is the framework I use with students I coach.
