Before I start a game I indicate in the Customn Game the + and - rating of my would-be opponent, but I get sometimes more than the - rating I have requested. and when I abort the game I am declared loser. I play for fun and enjoy the games. win or lose, but should be within the +/- rating I have indicated. As a Diamond Member for many years now I expect a fair consideration of my request.

What are the +/- factors you use?
/ If you read the above carefully, it says that the range must be at least 25 points above and below your rating to work.
/ That might explain why you get the occasional 500 point mismatch.
