Illegal, because black bishop checks king and could only have moved from f3 or e4 to d5. Also discovered check is not possible. So white king would have been in check one move earlier.

We don't know if white will lose. Black can't even see Re5-h5 mate. So he is a pretty bad player. Why would he play Rh5 one move later?
