3. Kf1 f2 4. Ra7#
White should allow Black to queen the pawn and then checkmate: 3. Kg3 f2 4. Kg4 f1Q 5. Rc5+ Qb5 6. Rxb5#
3-Kxf3 should have been K-f1 and white has time to avert stalemate.
Okay true... 4. Rc5 works just as well though.
