Just not thinking :(
I used to have the same problem. Just didnt want to take my time. A good thing to work on that will help you slow down.
Day 1: Find your candidate moves, and calculate out the lines for each one.
Day 2: Go back and review your candidate moves, and find out which work and which dont.
Day 3: Do one last triple check, and decide on your move.
Write all of this down in the Notes tab on the game.
This queen sacrifice :)
I remembered reading about this mate several times. I missed it the first time.

You just have to show some patience. Why did you move so fast?
