Napoleon Opening is supposed to be among the worst chess openings, but you wouldn't believe the number of good players who fall for it.

You seem to play only blitz. You will learn almost nothing about chess that way. Play longer time controls or better yet otb now that it's coming back. You have to learn how to calculate variations and analyze the strong and weak points of your and your opponents' positions. You cannot do this in just a few seconds. After a more serious game, analyze it with the aid of the chess.com analysis feature. Seeing where your reasoning went wrong will help you avoid your usual mistakes in future.
Remember that the strong masters and GMs you see playing great games of blitz on the internet spent years learning the game the hard way. Also, they have prepared a few openings with many forcing moves that they use just for speed play, to save time.
Finally, don't take blitz ratings seriously. It's not a true measure of your chess ability.
