16. Bxe3 suggests itself.
4...Bxg4 5. Bg2 c6 6. Nh3 Qh4 7. Ng1 is awful for White.
7. Bxb7 Bxb5 8. Bxa8 Nc6 9. Bxc6 Bxc6 is rather dangerious, but it is hard to come up with good sugestions, White weakened his kingside rather badley.
As mentioned 16. Qb4+?? is a horrible blunder and 16. Bxe3 dxe3 17. Qb4+ followed by Rxf8 is game over.
