What are you trying to say? Do you want a teacher that is like, "Wow, you played a brilliant game, although you made a few positional mistakes and blundered here and there, that's okay, because you'll get better." Or do you want a teacher that is critical on your play?
Face it or not, to learn, you have to be critical of yourself. You can't just write off time-trouble blunders, or randomly dropping a piece. Even if you don't like to be critical of yourself it is a coach's job to be.
