How does computer determine blunder vs inaccuracy?

I was accused of cheating after the game below. This was bullet. With a bullet rating of 1060, I just had to laugh, but I suppose it happens.

I decided to analyze the game using Chess.com.

According to Chess.com, I had 1 inaccuracy and 1 mistake. My opponent, on the other hand, had 2 inaccuracies, 1 mistake, and 1 blunder. But I'm confused as to why the computer doesn't consider moves 19 and 20 to be 2 outright blunders since he is giving away pieces. Chess.com has these as Inaccuracies?

In any case, I think my play in this game was only good because my opponent made it so easy.

Here I am playing black.
