I agree, it was a very well played kings indian... especially for a 1200 in 4|2. That was easily 2000+ level chess.

Maybe 1500-1800.
1ND shouldn't have played Ne7, instead after Nd4 black has already gained an advantage.

We can debate over the subjective evaluation of playing level but black was never better regardless of what he does. Rg1 was obviously a blunder... but he's still better even after rg1.
