yeah 19...Bxd2+ was a tactical mistake !

and 31....Bc4+ was a blunder move because it allows your opponent has a knight up.

 31...Qe3+ was better and would have ended in a draw perhaps.

I would be very surprised if it's a draw.

Black wants to play something like f6, Qh3 (to avoid the queen exchange) and Rce8. I don't see what White can do against this plan.

The idea is 31...f6, forcing White to move the knight,  not 31...Qf6.

In your line, I don't understand why Black would put the queen on f6 (where it blocks the f pawn) of why White would play 32 h4.
