4...Nc6 is a mistake, because Black has blocked his c-pawn which he needs to challenge White's center. Therefore you should play 5.e5! Nd7 (5...Ng4 6.d4 f6 7.h3 Nh6 8.Bd3 fxe5 9.dxe5 is nice for White) 6.d4 f6 7.exf6 Nxf6 8.Bd3 followed by 0-0, Re1, and if necessary, c3.
