Video analysis of your games by a NM, limited offer

Coach-Bill

Hello, many of you are familiar with my website and my Free Video Lesson program.

http://aww-rats.webs.com/

I outline in a video lesson program on YouTube what you need to do to improve your play to at least reach my level. My site also has other resources to help your play, one of which is the Team4545League, which is live standard play at 45 45. I have done many videos for the league and these will help teach you some opening principles, and give you plenty of tips to improve your play, and to prepare some variations for your future use. These experiences I believe qualify me to offer you the following limited service...

Here are the groundrules:

1) You must submit a game to me played at at least a 30 0 time control. No 15 0, 15 10, Blitz or Bullet!

2) I'll make 10 more member videos, first come first serve. It must be your game. Just post the link to your game from the server.

3) Video will be about 15 minutes long.

4) You must return to this thread and discuss what you learned, say whatever you're comfortable with. If you don't, you will discourage me from doing this again. So, be a team here and honor my request. You submit a game, you come back and talk chess. I'll add to it what i can, but I invite others to chip in as well.

5) I won't see everything, but I'll see enough to help you. My program stresses you get better analyzing your own games, This get you started how to do just that.

6) I will make your video as quickly as I can, please be patient.

7) Feel free to join my group here, we have resources in the forums of that group to help you improve:

Can you look at this game?

http://www.chess.com/livechess/game?id=339213604

The opening was a weird move order, so it was something I wasn't used to. I played a few 30 minute games, but in most either I blundered a piece early or my opponent did. Here it was just a pawn.

I should have lost after a bad blunder late in the game, but my opponent didn't handle the endgame well.

If you want I can post some of my analysis on the game, you didn't request it but I didn't know if you might like it.

In both of these games I should have won, not sure which one would make a better video. If you chose one of my games for a video thanks in advance.

Very nice! I would love to, but I know there is still way to much that I can learn by simply reading a bit and watch some youtubevideos. So I'll let this chance go to others who are more ready for it.

How about correspondence chess 3 days per move???

Very nice offer and service by this master!

Hi, it would be amazing if you could analyze my following game:

http://www.chess.com/echess/game?id=52645021

I think my rating here in online chess is way to high, so I think I really could learn something from it.

If you want, I can also add my own comments to the game before you analyze it.

And wheter you do look at my game or not, it's a really cool thing you are offering here!

MaartenSmit

Awesome offer!! I'd really like to see what you have to think about this game:

I included some (but little) analysis myself, just to let you see what I was thinking during the game. I'm particularly interested in what you have to say about 17. Nxf7!?

Thanks!

P.S. Time control was 90 minutes for the first 40 moves, followed by 30 moves for the rest of the game, with a 30 second increment starting from move 1.

Thakilan

Hey;)

It would be amazing if you have time to look at my game and analyse it:

If you want I may add my own comments to the game, before you analyse it, just to let you know what I was thinking.

P.S. Time control was 30|0 and it's not my perfect played game

Can I post my game? I think the 10 members is now reached

MoonlessNight

Please do this game, I watch your videos, enjoy them, and will make sure to tell you what I thought about it. This is a  30/15 live game:

Ok I just got back to this thread, now I am going to start making videos...I did say at least 30 0 time control, so a turn based game qualifies. I just hope you didn't play blitz chess while playing it!

I am not going to count submissions and see how long this is open...If you want a shot, just ask if you can post a game still. (Don't post the game yet, just wait for me, but know what you wish to send.)I'll let you know when I get further along with my obligations you have given me already.....

verydead2

I think this game is very interesting. Time control is 30 0.

Here is the video for your game...Generally, I don't have time to further discuss your games, so I personally don't need your analysis, I prefer to give my fresh approach, unprejudiced. Granted, I may miss some obvious things, and not see everything you did, but you spent mre time on the game than I did... However, feel free to post your analysis, maybe someone else will comment. Or join my group, We have a thread going in the forums called Recent Game, and one of the admins comes in and helps you, plus other members chip in and assist each other...

Ok, I am working my way through the thread now to make videos and won't comment on later posts until I address and make videos for those posts that come next in the queue. I'll be back soon!

Thanks aww-rats for making a video of my game. I want to watch the video again and make some notes before I post some comments.
